All our shipments are delivered to your door by Courier Guy within South Africa.

You will receive an email or WhatsApp confirmation containing your tracking number once the courier guy has collected your order from us.

Deliveries may take anywhere between 1-5 working days depending on your location. Coastal areas can expect their parcels within 2-5 business days and in -land areas can expect their parcels within 1-3 working days.

Deliveries within South African are free of charge.

The Courtside is an online business and therefore all sales are final. Under no circumstances do we offer our customers refunds.

Exchanges are granted only under the circumstance that the sizing of the product is incorrect or if there is a product default. In this case, The Courtside will correct the sizing or replace the defaulted product for their customers and allow for the exchange. Exchanges need to be made by the customer within 5 days upon receiving the parcel. When our customers opt for an exchange they will be charged with the shipping fee of sending their parcel back to us. Thereafter The Courtside will cover the shipping fee of sending our customers their new exchanged parcel.
